FAQs

If the festival is cancelled or postponed due to Covid-19, you will be eligible to request a refund. All tickets will automatically be rolled over to 2022, or the ticket holder may apply for a refund of the face value of the ticket. Refunds under these circumstances must be applied for within 3 months of the date of cancellation/postponement.

We will be in touch with instructions on how to do this, should the situation arise.

On 5th March we changed our primary ticket provider from Eventbrite to Easol. The ticket deposit scheme is only available via Easol – accessed via our tickets page.

All tickets purchased from Eventbrite are valid and you will still be able to access your account. A small number of tickets sold via Festicket are also still valid.

Please bring your proof of booking from whichever provider you booked your ticket with to gain access to the festival. If you need clarification, please email enquiries@farmfestival.co.uk.

We offer adult, teen (13-17) and child (under 12) tickets at Farmfestival. Anyone aged 18 at the time of the festival is an adult. In the event of teen tickets selling out, then a teen may buy an adult ticket. However anybody aged 17 or under must be accompanied by a guardian of 21+ to the event whatever type of ticket they purchase. I.D will be requested on entrance. A guardian can be responsible for up to four people at the event. Anybody who requires a guardian at the event must have that guardian with them on arrival and if they leave / re-enter the site. Entrance may be refused unless we are satisfied you have a guardian with you. Security may require photo I.D from you when leaving and re-entering the site. Children aged 12 and under can enter Farmfest completely free, with a valid ticket.

No.

No. General or family camping is included in the ticket price. However if the thought of pitching a tent fills you with dread, you can book a pre-pitched tent, or we have luxury bell tents kitted out with airbeds, lights and rugs. Check the camping page for more info soon.

A few minutes walk. The Farmfest campsite is situated directly across the main field, from the car park. Please ask for directions at the main gate on entry if you are unsure where to walk. Look out for our festival butlers, that can help with carrying goods for a small donation to one of our main charities.

No. Health and safety regulations state that we have to separate vehicles and people. The carpark is only 100m from the campsite so you don’t have to carry your equipment far.

Fires are not allowed in order to limit damage to the farm.

Yes you can, although only small camping stoves are allowed. Please raise camping stoves and bbqs off the ground to limit damage to the grass and reduce the risk of fire.

Farmfest is a 2 night stay (Fri & Sat) and has numerous sinks and stand alone taps set up for washing during the festival.

Gilcombe Farm – where Farmfestival is located – is not connected to the mains water and relies on a private spring water supply. While the water quality is tested and guaranteed to be of the highest quality, the volume available is not sufficient to support the working farm as well as showers at festival. We recommend staying offsite if extra facilities are needed.

You are allowed to bring food to the festival, which may be consumed anywhere on site.

As an independent, sponsor free festival, bar sales keep our event alive so we need to limit the amount of alcohol you can bring. However, we allow you to bring enough to get you started, which may be consumed anywhere on site. You may bring the following, or equivalent volumes:

EITHER: 12 cans (500ml) beer / lager / cider per person

OR: 6 cans (500ml) + 1 bottle of wine (75cl) per person (decanted into plastic bottle)

OR: 1 bottle of spirits (70cl) per person (decanted into plastic bottle).

You may only bring this in on first entry / STRICTLY NO GLASS BOTTLES

Please be aware that no underage drinking is allowed on the festival site. We adopt the challenge 25 policy as a condition of our licence on all festival bars, so please remember to bring ID.

Yes, there is an on-site ATM. Please note all transactions will be subject to a fee by the ATM provider.

No. For hygiene and safety reasons ONLY registered guide dogs will be allowed at Farmfest – this includes the campsite. Animals cannot be left in vehicles or caravans at any time. Visitors attempting to bring any animals (other than assistance dogs) onto the campsite or festival site will be turned away and no ticket refunds will be available.

If you have lost your ticket details, or for other issues, please go direct to our sellers. Please note, all tickets are non-refundable.

If you have a multiple ticket order, using 1 barcode, and it’s not possible to arrive at the same time, please bring an e-ticket per group and we’ll sort an arrangement with the first group that arrives at the box office.
